Accessibility Statement
We want TurboGames to be comfortable to use for as many people as possible. This page describes what we do and where we still fall short.
Last updated 21 October 2026
The website
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labelled controls, and there is a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users.
- Navigation, search, filters and forms can be used with a keyboard, and focus is clearly outlined.
- Six colour themes include light and dark options. Text and interface colours are chosen for good contrast in each theme.
- Layouts adapt from small phones to large monitors and the pages respect your browser's zoom and reduced-motion settings.
The games
Games are interactive visual experiences, which makes full accessibility hard. What we do:
- Most games support more than one way to play: keyboard, mouse, tap or swipe.
- You can pause with Ctrl+P and mute with Ctrl+M, and a fullscreen button gives more room.
- Many games are turn-based or untimed, which suits players who prefer a slower pace.
- Sound is never required to understand what is happening.
Known limits: fast arcade and racing games need quick reactions and precise input, and games are drawn on a canvas, so screen readers cannot describe the action inside them. Please tell us which games are hardest for you so we can prioritise improvements.
Photosensitivity and motion
Some games contain flashes and motion. If you are sensitive to them, avoid fast arcade games, enable reduced motion in your operating system, and stop if you feel unwell. See the disclaimer.
Feedback and requests
If you find a barrier or need information in another format, contact us through the contact page with the page address, the game, your device and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within a few working days and to fix confirmed problems promptly.
