About Cloud Bounce 2
Cloud Bounce 2 is an endless vertical jumper. Your round orange character bounces on its own, and your only job is to steer left and right so each landing catches a platform. Stable green clouds, sliding blue ones and crumbling brown ones all appear, and springs hidden on some platforms launch you much higher.
It suits players who want a relaxed but focused game they can pick up in seconds. A run takes between one and five minutes. A good attempt climbs past several hundred meters, where the sky darkens to space, platforms shrink and the moving ones speed up.
How to play Cloud Bounce 2
- Steer toward the next platform above you while the character bounces automatically.
- Land on top of a platform from above. Passing up through one from below is fine.
- Hit the red spring on a green platform to get a huge boost.
- Avoid relying on cracked brown platforms, which break a moment after you land.
- Do not fall below the bottom of the screen, or the run ends.
Controls
| Keyboard and mouse | Use the Left and Right arrow keys or A and D to steer. You can also hold the mouse button and the character slides toward your pointer. |
|---|---|
| Phone and tablet | Drag your finger left or right and the character follows it. On-screen left and right buttons are also shown if you prefer them. |
Scoring
Your score is the highest point you have reached, measured in meters, and it only goes up. A message appears at every 100 meters. Springs and quick climbing help, but only height counts, so there are no separate bonus points to chase.
Tips and strategy
- Walls wrap around, so leaving the right edge brings you in on the left. Use that to reach a platform on the far side.
- Land near the middle of a spring to trigger it. Touching only the edge of the platform gives a normal jump.
- Brown platforms break after one landing, but you still get the full bounce from that single touch. Plan the next jump before you land.
- Blue platforms slide, so wait and time your arrival rather than chasing them. They also get faster the higher you go.
- Small steering corrections work better than big swings, because the character keeps a little momentum between key presses.
Cloud Bounce 2 FAQ
▸Is there a way to move faster?
Springs are the only boost. They fire you much higher than a normal bounce, which can skip several platforms at once.
▸Does falling just lose a life?
There are no lives. Dropping below the screen ends the run and posts the highest meter count you reached.
▸How does it change as I climb?
Platforms get narrower, spaces between them grow, and moving and crumbling types appear more often. The background also shifts from sky to stars.
