About Cube Rush 3D
Cube Rush 3D puts you behind a glowing yellow cube racing down a neon track toward a purple sunset. Coloured blocks come at you in five lanes, and you slide sideways and hop over the low ones to survive. The view looks like a 3D road, but the controls stay simple and the speed keeps climbing, so each run turns into a game of nerves.
It suits players who like endless runners and quick retries. A run is usually one to four minutes, and most end suddenly with a single wrong move. A good run is one that passes several 100 metre markers, which flash on screen as you pass them, and where you are reading obstacles early instead of reacting late.
How to play Cube Rush 3D
- Steer the cube sideways to line up with a gap between the oncoming blocks.
- Jump over the short, flat blocks. The tall blocks are too high to clear, so slide around those.
- Keep moving. The track speeds up with distance, and blocks arrive more often and in groups.
- Watch the distance counter. A message flashes each time you pass another 100 metres.
- Any crash with a block ends the run, so there are no lives to spare.
Controls
| Keyboard and mouse | Steer with the left and right arrow keys or A and D. Jump with the space bar, the up arrow or W. |
|---|---|
| Phone and tablet | Press and drag your finger left or right to slide the cube toward it. Tap in the top part of the screen to jump. |
Scoring
Your score is the distance you travel in metres, so surviving longer is the only goal. There are no coins or bonuses. The CLOSE! pop-up when you slip past a block is just a signal, not extra points. Passing a few hundred metres means you are handling the speed well.
Tips and strategy
- Jump only over the low blocks. They are about knee height, while the tall ones are far above the cube's jump and will end your run.
- Stay near the middle of the track when you can. From the centre you reach either side quickly when a group of blocks appears.
- Look past the nearest block at the next row. Planning two moves ahead beats reacting to each block as it arrives.
- A jump lasts a little over half a second, so do not jump if a tall block is coming in the same lane right after.
- The block groups get bigger after a few hundred metres, with up to three in a row. Look for the single open lane early and move toward it.
Cube Rush 3D FAQ
▸Can I jump over every block?
No. Low blocks can be jumped, but tall ones cannot, so you must steer around them. The tall blocks look noticeably higher than the cube.
▸How fast does it get?
Speed rises steadily as you travel, until it reaches roughly three times the starting pace. Blocks also appear more frequently, so the early game is the best time to practise your timing.
▸Can I hold a key to keep moving sideways?
Yes. Holding left or right keeps the cube sliding that way until you let go. On a touch screen, keep your finger down and move it to steer.
