About Ramp Rush

Ramp Rush puts you behind a glowing blue ball as it rolls down an endless, twisting slope in a pseudo-3D view. The track bends left and right, rises and drops, and red blocks appear in your way. There is no brake and no jump. You have only sideways steering, and the road keeps getting faster the farther you go.

It fits players who like pure reflex runs where one more attempt is always tempting. A run lasts one to four minutes. A strong run reads the curves early, threads between blocks without overcorrecting, and stays calm once the speed has reached its limit and double blocks start appearing.

How to play Ramp Rush

  1. Wait for the countdown, then steer the ball left or right to stay on the blue track.
  2. Watch the red blocks ahead and slide into the gap beside them.
  3. Lean against bends, because curves push the ball toward the outside edge.
  4. Look for the warning at the top of the screen. It flashes when you are near an edge.
  5. A run ends if you hit a block or roll off the side of the ramp.

Controls

Keyboard and mouseHold the Left and Right arrow keys, or A and D, to steer the ball sideways. Release to let it go straight, though curves will still push you.
Phone and tabletPress and hold the left half of the screen to steer left, or the right half to steer right. Lift your finger to stop steering.

Scoring

Your score is the distance traveled in meters, and it grows continuously as you roll. A short flash and sound mark every 100 meters. Speed increases with distance up to a cap, so each additional hundred is harder to get than the last.

Tips and strategy

  • Make small steering inputs. The ball reacts quickly, so tapping or short holds are safer than long holds that send you off the edge.
  • On a curve the track pushes you outward without you doing anything. Steer slightly against it before the bend peaks, not after.
  • Blocks are narrow compared with the track, so you only need to move about a block's width away rather than hug a side.
  • After about 1200 segments, blocks can come in pairs. Look for the single wide gap between them before committing.
  • Never steer past the red EDGE warning. Moving back toward the center early is cheaper than recovering at the last moment.

Ramp Rush FAQ

▸Is there a jump or brake?

No. Steering left and right is the only control, so the whole game is about line choice and timing.

▸Why do I fall off even on straight sections?

Holding a direction for too long takes you past the edge. Release the key or finger as soon as the ball is where you want it.

▸Does it get faster forever?

It speeds up steadily with distance until it reaches a top speed. After that the challenge comes from more frequent blocks rather than more speed.
