About Ramp Rush 2

Ramp Rush 2 puts you behind a glowing orange ball racing down a narrow neon slope at sunset. The track bends left and right, gaps open up in the surface and the ball keeps rolling faster the further you go. You steer, you jump and you try not to roll off the edge or drop into a gap.

A run takes one to four minutes, so it suits short breaks. It rewards a calm hand more than fast reflexes. A good run is one that stays near the middle of the track through the curves, jumps each gap cleanly and passes a few of the 100 metre markers.

How to play Ramp Rush 2

  1. Keep the ball on the track. Steer gently to stay near the centre.
  2. Lean against the bends. The curve pushes the ball sideways, so steer the opposite way to hold your line.
  3. When you see a dark gap ahead, jump just before the edge so you are in the air as you cross it.
  4. Land on the far side and carry on. Touching the ground while over a gap ends the run.
  5. Keep going as the ball picks up speed. The run ends if you fall off the side or into a gap.

Scoring

Your score is the distance you reach, measured in metres, and a pop-up appears every 100 m. There are no coins or bonuses, so each extra metre counts. Speed rises from a gentle start up to a maximum, so later stretches arrive quickly and demand a steadier line.

Tips and strategy

  • Make small steering corrections. Large movements tend to carry you toward the edge, where the track has no barrier and you can drop off.
  • Jump a little before the gap rather than right at the lip. You stay airborne for a short time, so an early jump clears the gap more safely.
  • Curves get sharper as you go further, so start steering against the bend as soon as the road begins to curve rather than when you drift.
  • Gaps grow longer over time. A well-timed jump from a steady speed will cover them, but a jump from the very edge may not.
  • Jumping over an edge is safe only while you are in the air. If you land beyond the track width, you still fall, so aim to return to the centre.

Ramp Rush 2 FAQ

▸Can I jump in mid-air to make a second jump?

No. You can only jump when the ball is on the ground. Plan the jump before you reach the gap, since you cannot add another once airborne.

▸What ends the run?

Rolling off the side of the track, or touching down inside a gap. After either, the ball falls out of view and your distance is submitted.

▸Does the game speed up forever?

No. Speed climbs with distance up to a maximum. After that the challenge comes from sharper curves and longer gaps rather than from further speed.

▸Why does the ball drift sideways without me steering?

The bends in the track push the ball outward. You counter that by steering the other way. Straight sections hold you steady.
